Batman could conceivable gas them... but I think that would have worse effect on most of his team, then the Marvel guys.

Make it a purely unarmed, no-chi battle, I give it to team DC. With weapons and special abilities, though, Team Marvel definitely takes it.

Cass > Taskmaster (Due to CIS)

Daredevil = Batman

Cap > Bronze Tiger

Powers on, Team 1 handily , unhindered Dnny is too much.

Powers off, Elektra > Shiva, Taskmaster > Bronze Tiger, Daredevil > Dick Dragon, Ironfist >= Cassy Cain leaving Cap to edge out Batman.

You could juggle the match ups for a more favourable DC Result, but it will still boil down to No one in the DC team taking a comfortable win against DD, IF or Cap.

Hmm, guess I'll have to go with team one. Tough choices though. Maybe if you added some more cool guys to Batman's team.
