But even with that.

Me thinks Steve and Danny still might be the tipping scales but barely at that.

As far as skill its pretty even throw abilities and extra powers Marvel pretty much takes it everytime

It's true with no powers you will have a physically fit matt, and a sickly super soldier with their teammates covering for the rest of them. And even so i think marvel takes it. Matt could just wave his billy club til he hits something and Steve could cough on them...j/k. I seen a comic where even sickly steve was still a good MA.

Yeah, Steve was recently depowered in the Super-Soldier mini, and still dismantled several guys due to his extensive combat training.

Daredevil < Broze Tiger

Cap = Batman

Scenario 1: 50-50, I think team two will have the better Teamwork and equipment.
Scenario 2: Team two, they have the powers to get the edge.
