Yeah I think Walker still wins but via a points win.. Kinda like he Odin vs. Thanos fight... He won't Kill or KO thanos but he'll beat him in terms of who has done and inflicted more damage. Thanos will do better.. I just don't think he can win unless he just outlasts the walker for a sustained period fo time.

Hulk can't kill Mr Immortal, but it doesn't change a thing in the fact that Mr Immortal have virtually no chance to beat the Hulk.

Actually anyone using a weapon or sufficient force to kill a normal human being can kill Mr. Immortal, he doesn't have any super durability or other powers. It's just the fact that he'll resurrect eventually.
Thanos Pre-TI held his own vs Odin and DP Tyrant (he actually made DP Tyrant wince in pain), Walker isn't doing jack to him except maybe BFRing him or KOing him temporarily.

I don't want to spoil the story for those who haven't read it but that was Thanos' plan all along.
He was feeling threatened by Walker's advances toward Death. He devised a plan to make Death hate Walker so that there was no chance they'd ever be together.
He made it so they would enter Purgatory where Death had no real power and Walker could torture Rick Jones without killing him, making him suffer forever.
Death saw this was absolutely disgusted by Walker and lashed out destroying him.
