this is pretty close. overall power goes to bill, but pretty much everything else is equal or favors ww. she's certainly got enough to take him out. i'd actually go with her for a slight majority. 😬

It happened further down after her powering the ship. There was nothing indicating her being fatigued during the time she faced Gladiator.

I think the only bearing whether Bill has a soul or not is for the lasso, in which case, if Diana ensnares him with it and attempts to sear/ravage/etc. his soul for a win, it'll likely happen. I don't think it's in character for her to resort to that against an unknown foe right away, though.

And no, Bill is not a created being. He was a normal living Korbonite until he under went the procedure. It was directly stated that his soul was transferred into his new cybernetic body.
