read recently authority the lost years book 1, the authority rule of britannia 10, The authority worlds end 9. There another one if not mistaken but couldent find or remember what it was called. Ive read a a few other issues and so forth.

From what I have read MN is not nearly as impressive as people make him out to be. He pretty much only has showings against cannon fodder. Aside from that the only real named characters he done anything with is Apollo (who fluctuates like crazy) and has major cis in play that significantly favor MN. Yet people still pretend those feats are 100% legit standard level he operates at, and worse they act as if Appolo going all out on him, which is furthest from the truth. Then asside from that he beat up this immortalish guy, however it negelected I belief in his respect thread to mention that guy not fighting back and allowed midnighter to do it. or the fact he more or less a bump with good damage soak. Oh and then there his fight with zealot, in which was stalemate despite his "battle computer" people rave about as the end all be all. Oh and he got his ass kicked by juko after he shut of his enhancements. His showings against establish characters is underwhealming to say the least.

Once again Black Adam win this, but there is some serious Gladiator hate in this thread. You guys act like he is going to be one-shotted.

Also the Gladiator vs Masterson fight ......the Living Lighting took out Glads lulz. I guess they had to figure out some way for Masterson to beat him. That fight was full of b.s. at the end.

Uh, I didn't have any knowleadge about DC when I read it, yet I still thoroughly enjoyed it. I recommended it to who hated continuity and she like it as well.

52 was a hit and a classic series, IMO.

Countdown Arena was gold though
