They'd have both force foresight for warning, and just normal preparations/guards.
At the very least, they'd be no worse off than the Mandalorians so I'm not sure where this surprise attack advantage is coming from.
Seriously, the number of Mandos here is just virtually impossible to overcome. I said it ealier, I see Mace and Yoda pwning dozens, maybe hundreds of Mandos, but then again Jedi/Sith of Coleman Trebor caliber will get trashed.
But we're not even talking odds near that, 5:1 is where we're at. And the Force Users have some force multipliers, like aforementioned battle meditation, force illusion, and similar.
Coleman Trebor could handle five random Mando troopers, I would think.
After all, most Mandalorians are no Fett, they have large numbers of normal troopers. It's not just Jedi/Sith that have a range of skills.
