The art wasn't that clear on what happened but I'm pretty sure he didn't one shot Loki. Not in the traditional sense at least. IIRC he impaled him with his tendrils and used maybe some form of matter manipulation to rip him apart.For the record, Loki allowed himself to die. More so than the Void I'd wager. He planned to get killed and so on. It was stated he could have saved himself if he wanted to, despite being attacked by the Void.
