I have a personal rule Rob. It may sound stupid, but I never date friends for one reason: what if the relationship goes bad, then the friendship gets wierd.

Agree with inimalist here, it sounds like the problem is more with her having a very lousy family and friends, who are willing to abandon her because some bad decisions, rather than the industry itself.

I'm sorry to say this, and I know it's going to sound cold, but your friend doesn't sound very bright. At all.

First off, she married the wrong guy. She either knew him long enough to know he's not the guy who'd stick around during hard times, in which case marrying him was stupid, or she didn't know him long enough, in which case marrying him was stupid.

Secondly, she's out of money and needs some. She decides to go behind her family's and husband's back and do the porn thing, consulting only with a friend. Again, stupid.

Third and most important, as others have mentioned before, her contract would have stipulated what she would have to do. Either she couldn't figure out that getting DP'd and ejaculated on by several men at the same time would be unpleasant (stupid), or she didn't think it through (stupid).

I count a LOT of mistakes in all of the above steps, and honestly from what minor profile I can build (I'm definitely no shrink), I'm thinking she's an immature person that jumps into things head first (no pun intended) without thinking anything through, then regrets it, but never learning the lesson.

Honestly, I can't blame the husband one single bit. I wouldn't have married someone with her sort of mindset in the first place, but assuming I had, I would've dumped her instantly as well.

Seriously, the dude's wife lies to him by going behind his back. Then she cheats on him SEVERAL times, in the most demeaning ways possible. For money.

The fact that her attitude that the first time was ok with just 1 guy is the icing on the cake. Kind of difficult to feel sorry for someone that says cheating on her husband for money is "ok" as long as it's just 1 dude she's doing it with at any point in time.
