We both went to a very and I mean very expensive private school. She ran out of money and her parents were a "stand on your own two feet" type. She told me what she was going to do and I said it's a bad idea, but like you said the money was fast. She got a temporary contract and then came the films. The first one she made was boy-girl and she thought 'okay if this is going to like this, then I can handle it, but then the real real hardcore stuff came. When her contract was up, they offered to re-new it, but she flat out refused.

I just didn't like the way they exploited her. She's friggen hot, but now feels completely dirty. Her husband left her when he found out, but me and a few of my friends continue to stand by her side.

I don't wish to belittle the ordeal your friend went through but as you stated she was under contract ie: the contract would've stipulated what type of "scenes" she would've been involved in doing.

Also as you mentioned, she needed fast money. The more hardcore the scene, the more dollars she would've pocketed & this would've all be negotiated & agreed to prior to the actual filming. I mean a porn scene isn't going to sell if the porn star is clearly in tears or not "pretending" to enjoy herself.
Unfortunately people do things for money & sometimes regret it afterwards...but make no mistake she would've gotten paid alot for the few scenes she did.

I don't know, I'd buy that.

you are vastly underestimating the variety of pornography genres

And I'd pay to watch you whilst you were watching that....

Creepy yet? 😮‍💨

Nope, so long as you're paying me.

Best come back ever.

On the thread, as inimalist said, we have no conclusive data that people gravitate towards predatory sexual behavior due to porn. I'd say that it is impossible to say that no one doesn't because of porn. There's bound to be some people who do become deviants because of porn that otherwise would not have if they had not gotten consumed by porn.

I'd say that the vast majority of adults know which context to view porn. I'm wary of even viewing mature movies or clips around my children and I'm fairly liberal with what media I allow my children to be exposed to. So why wouldn't adults, more conservative than I, be more shrewd with their children?

Does porn make men sexist or were they sexist before viewing the porn? Where did it start?al;skdjf al;skfj ;lksjf a;lskjdf

That was a spasm because I just thought about that so thoroughly that I frustrated myself. **** that conversation.

Maybe there's also someone who got cured of their deviancy because of porn shock

Not with porn. Most definitely not with porn.

Exactly! You get my point. There could also be someone that would have acted out if it were not for porn.

My friend who did it for a semester basically isolated herself from society. She is so ashamed of what she did, that she goes day by day. She both hates and loves this song: http://youtu.be/CB6DVHhqZa4 because it reminds her of those terrible days. Her ex-husband and family won't talk to her. It is only me and a few friends who stand beside her.

She was asked to go back into the industry, but she refused. I'm glad she stuck to guns. But that semester, she threw away her morals and regrets her decision.

Tell her to get over it.

her family and friends are terrible people...

Easier said than done. It's the mental trauma that's destroys her. She used to love milk, but now she can't even stand the sight of it. It reminds of her of . . . well I told the moderator I'd keep this PG-13. PTSD is very difficult to manage.

Is it semen? Does it remind her of semen?

What do you think? During her semester she saw enough of it, had enough of it on her body, face and swallowed. Under her contract she had to do all of those. She refuses to drink milk because it reminds her of semen. That's why I usually don't have it in my house when she's over.

Much as your approach is making me laugh, Bardock, let's move on from this particular aspect. Some porn actresses regret what they did; we can leave it at that.

though, it is somewhat difficult to feel entirely sympathetic for someone who participated voluntarily in something they had spelled out in detail in a contract

that being said, its dumb her family disowned her, but that is hardly porn's fault.

does making bad decisions hurt people, yes.

Thank you Mod.

I am sure some porn actors and actresses also feel like they have no other option (forgetting those that actually don't have one cause they get forced, cause that's rape, and rape is bad), but even so that doesn't make porn inherently bad, I'm sure there's also people who feel they have no other option than to work in the local factory. The problem, as often, is the stigma attached to it, porn makes you feel worse than cutting up metals, because it is somehow perceived that a humans dignity is tied to their sexual "virtue" (in women mainly)

Some 'actresses' actually enjoy it from what my friend said. Her first movie wasn't 'all that bad,' but then the directors made her do all the hardcore stuff. I'm she is friggen hot and I think they thought the pretty blond would look good with all that stuff on her and doing porn.
