I really don't see Batman having much a shot of winning here.
Daredevil's radar sense gives him a huge advantage in a boxing match. You can't run away from an opponent, and outside of bobbing and weaving the head and quick stepping they can't do any of their standard acrobatic defense. Daredevil should be able to stay in side the pocket and avoid everything Bruce throws at him while he lands his own body shots and work Bruce's face with a jab. In a situation where Matt and Bruce stand in front of each other and exchange punches, I can't think of a scenario where Batman comes out ontop unless DD is powerless.
