Iron Fist never stated anything of the like. In CoC he said something like "You fight like a heavy weight boxer!" which isn't even close to saying "You haven't mastered boxing Daredevil!"
We don't use Handbook stats here, we go off feats. Daredevil IS peak human across the board, and pushing superhuman in both speed and agility. He is as strong and skilled as Batman, but faster and more agile at the same time. He also has a radar sense. Batman can't beat Daredevil in a boxing match, his radar sense is too much of an advantage for the style.
^as strong and skilled? Doub that. Faster and more agile? Arguable. He has radar sense and is blind, Batman has two good eyes. They don't fight in total Darkness, do they? So it won't give DD the edge. Batman takes him quite often, he went against Superhumans you know, not only in his time with the JLA.

Maybe you should google Daredevil so you at least have cursory knowledge of the character? Daredevil's radar sense is much more than just an equalizer for his lack of eye sight. It allows him to track the trajectory of bullets, as well as read slight biological cues and predict his opponents movements.

Has anyone mentioned DD picking up and flipping a big limo with 4 or 5 people inside it? Or the long range, silenced supersonic sniper bullet that was shot at him and was going so fast and too silent and from too far away to notice it with his senses until he felt the heat of the bullet on his face and he STILL F'N dodged it? Don't sleep on the double D's.
