On another note, I didn't realize this was the final issue of Demon Knights. Too bad, it was a pretty good series.

Damn. I knew it was on thin ice, but I didn't know it was getting cancelled already.

Demon Knights was one of my staples. A book with an actual long-term story that wasn't phucking boring as shit. Interesting and fresh characters that weren't PIS-ridden...😬

Interesting stories are what DC likes to cancel, it seems.

I Vampire, Captain Atom, Blue Beetle, Voodoo, and now Demon Knights.

All of which were quite good and had a LOT of potential, imo.

^ You can also add 'Dial H' to that list of good cancelled titles.

Blue Beetle sucked overall. Voodoo was good, though. 👆 You might find this interesting.

Readers of Green Lantern: The New Guardians know a bit about Relic's past - he comes from a dead universe, and he hates those who wield the emotional spectrum. He was surprised by Kyle Rayner's white light, and he wants to extinguish all rings from the new universe he's woken up in.

In the latest "What's New in the New 52" on the DC blog, Editor-in-Chief Bob Harras assures readers that they'll find out all about Relic in his Villains Month special, Green Lantern #23.1: Relic. In it, we'll find out exactly why he hates ring bearers, and Harras teases readers may "find yourself rooting for him!" after the revelation. The interior art above by Rags Morales has quite the spectrum of light included in it, perhaps a tease of this.

Relic will also lead right into the "Lights Out" crossover across the Lantern titles in October 2013.

I actually liked Blue Beetle... But I've always been a sucker for Jamie. 😮

Very cool 👆. Relic is by far one of the most interesting characters that DC has introduced in a long time, imo-- and it sounds like DC is going to give his character some added depth by telling his origin, which is even better.

ADAM STRANGE?! I'm sure Booster will also be in this lineup. Justice League Canada? Lemire? I'm game..

Lobo redesign?

Yeah I'm game for JLC, but don't see it doing well. They already told us Booster was Canadian so not surprised about him if he joined. Adam Strange though? That's an odd reveal.

facepalm

Haha that Lobo redesign. Just wow. Hope it doesn't stick because he looks like a goddamn f*ggot compared to the classic Main Man.

Its a justce league book, so it will do well. Plus u have mckone on art. I vsnt wait to find out the cosmic characters.

It's also a Canadian League-book, so I'm confident that it won't do that well beyond the first few issues. I see it getting cancelled pretty quick, tbh.

The only exception to this will be if it has an epic, boner-inducing story... Which is a long shot, imo.

Doubtful, because it's a transitional book. Their are hints that they will change their name and since the DCnU started all the Justice League books have been doing solid in sales.

Justice League International proves you wrong. It was cancelled after 12 issues, and its team consisted of Booster, Guy, Batman, Batwing, etc.-- and the latter of which both have extremely successful solo titles.

Yeah not all JLA books sell well, I hope it does well but I doubt it.

What exactly were the numbers? Because I thought it did decently well. Not enough to cancel the book.

Well, I found this link.

I guess Atros will bond with Butcher since he has no ring then he will kick Gardner's butt...biscuits

Vibe is the best comic you're not reading. Cybernary and Maaldor back to back? Never thought that would happen in a million years. 😄 Oh, and Darkseid's daughter?

Damn, that Lobo is awful.
