considered equal and voluntarily gave up his powers once other time constantine dicked him over and basically made a judeo christian god powered wish to depower him because he became so powerful. Not bad to be beaten only by plot devices at God ST level.

ST is better at it. Come on. I mean getting beaten by a Presence powered wish and basically having the word say it was the only way is pretty damn impressive. I don't think David is quite up to par.
