Captain America has strength feats. Deathstroke does not. In spite of his alleged superhuman attributes Deathstroke gets beat up by second tier, sub peak human street level combatants. Captain America does not. Hence: Captain America is physically superior and more skilled than Deathstroke. Case closed, Watson.
