Yoda: Dark Rendezvous says that Windu might be Dooku's equal on neutral ground, which sounds an awful lot like the narrator (Dooku? Yoda?) being respectful of Windu. Dooku's probably immune to Vaapad anyways and Windu struggled with Sidious of all people, so it seems pretty obvious that Dooku's better.
