I wonder how long it will take before the majority come to accept that Odin and Galactus are on the same level. Maybe a couple months? I understand that some people need time to nurse their psychological trauma.

A telepathic battle that has only now begun doesn't prove they are of equal power. If that's what the writer thinks the message will get across in the comic issues but the point is it hasn't conclusively thus far. I will accept whatever the writer gives me as I have always before but don't count your chickens before they act or

I don't think they're equals in current Marvel. At one point they might have been (back in Kirby's day) but now nah.

Especially seeing as Odin apparently needs prep to wipe the Earth clean now.

If Thor beats Surfer and Odin is equal to Galactus, how would the two alone pose a threat to Asgard? I don't think Fraction is trying to make G and Odin equals.

thor hasnt beaten surfer either.

the Destroyer armor is def coming out. It's on the cover of issue 6. The seed should also be resolved otherwise the question is begged why doesn't Odin just use the seed to end the Serpent, considering the current arc in Mighty Thor is a prelude of sorts to Fear Itself.

What's funny is that telepathy has never been one of Odin's big powers. In fact, the original OHOTMU states that he cannot read minds.

same goes for galactus. his telepathy was never the subject of much focus and was usually conflated with hsi cosmic awareness
