i don't see why simply mind tricks in the form of making him reminisce can even phase galactus, doom in secret wars gained his power and was instantly aware of everything in the universe, he's also pulled a weapon-X on surfer a few times, even returning his memories on a whim.

the answer is "no" to that question, but then again galactus is seriously sluming it

no, he wasn't. that scene was also non-canon (wish it were otherwise becasue hercules, in the second series, defeated and ko'd zeus h2h..). not saying g COULDN'T do that, but more like he really never does for whatever reason... it was even commented on in the thor issue when it was asked if they could turn each other into.... whatever it was they said.

No, when has Thanos ever shown to be skillful on the astral plane? If you can provide scans then I'll accept that. If you can't, then it's categorically incorrect for you to say that "he was just placed there and that's it."

Sustained on the astral plane by Moondragon. Doesn't matter if Thanos is throwing the punches. When you face xavier in TP, you face his skill on the astral plane as well as his ability to keep himself there; otherwise every TP battle he would just be driven out.

Well I'm assuming you prefer Odin to be recognize as Galactus equal, what does this mean for the other gods, Odin see as his peer and eqaul? AKA Zeus? For Zeus, Galactus was outright shock to be pummel by him.

Sure. I always considered them to be peers and never understood why some people believed a large gap existed so it would be nice to see those arguments being rendered invalid.

Word of advice, when trying to argue in favor of Galactus against a God, don't bring up Chaos War. Shit was actually a bit embarrassing for him.

I did enjoy the fact that it utterly and completely shattered the notion that an Abstract must be more powerful than a Skyfather. He might have been idiotic, but Hercules sure was powerful.

In my honest opinion, I feel that Galactus at his best/prime should be higher on the food chain than Skyfathers, but not to the point where he's clearly and vastly beyond them. I still think based on feats, Odin should be able to definitely contend with Galactus and make Galan work for a victory if he does win at all.
