You just don't get it BE can kill joker with anything from any reasonable distance... Jokers only chance in hell is prep, PIS or the environment.. At a distance BE is just too accurate. This is a forum match, you have to factor in who is more accurate has better feats etc not just "joker has gas grenades = he wins". Without prep BE 10/10

anyway this is stupid, bullseye is LETHAL with any object he can get his hands on, and able to kill batman level opponents in a fair fight with their own weapon...while they're looking at him
