Exactly, so who sounds more lethal, a person that almost always uses prep and gimmicks to kill his opponents, or a person that can use anything as a lethal weapon at the drop of a hat? The topic is, as you said, lethality not creativity.

Sure the tiger can kill a man in a fight, but the man could focus his ki and shoot a kamehameha and destroy the planet.

Bullseye is more lethal in a regular fighting scale a bit more than Joker. Joker is more lethal on a bigger scale than Bullseye.

They both are highly unpredictable in a fight. Thing is with Joker is that hes usually the one whos underestimated in a fight moreso that BE.

Only if we're talking who's more deadly in a direct confrontation. But overall lethal.. One runs around killing people with various projectiles, another usually ends up killing hundreds of people whenever he escapes from asylum and threatens to wipe out an entire city every saturday. Sometimes the world. That's more lethal in my opinion.
