As of Thanos Imperative 6 he's back at full power, presumably fighting Thanos. But that doesn't mean much. He'd never utilize his full power vs Mongul Jr. Too afraid of it. Even against Annihilus he never busted out the whole thing.The only time Rider ever approached maximum power was against the Sphinx. But the suit eventually regulated the power.
