I can only imagine that you chose to point this out because you think Thing > Thor in durability. In which case:

you'd have to be pretty phuckin dumb to think that would mean something

Faster and a better fighter, yet Thor managed to catch, hit and block him during their encounter.
Nobody stated that Wolverine is untouchable but in that same comic it was hinted that Wolverine is faster. There is no way to dodge that comment. If Wolverine is faster then he is faster. To ignore that statement is to ignore every statement mentioned in a comic. You can't accept one without accepting the other. Was the power gem increasing Thor physically during the time he needed it or was he just waking around with it as decoration? If it was increasing his stats, how would you know. I know one way that you'll know but i want you to tell me how Silent knew his stats were increasing.
As for this fight, wolverine IS faster, durable enough to take blows since he did take blows from WWH who is much stronger than Thor. He has claws that's could rip through Thor eyes just pinwheel did to Rulk, WWH, and the list goes on. He is also the better fighter out of the 2. He is more agile , etc, etc. The only true edge Thor holds in this fight is strength which isn't enough to get him the majority.
Wolverine 7 or 8/10.

That "hint" doesn't hold up very well seeing as Thor was able to catch, hit and block Wolverine.
Thor has tagged Surfer as well but going by feats, well, you get the point... Thor has tagged Mongoose as well but looking at their fight, well, you get the point, Thor has tagged Nova as well but looking at their feats Nova is faster, Thor has tagged Gladiator as well bit looking at their feats, well, you get the point. Do I need to continue? Do I need to bring up Grundy tagging Superman or Deathstroke tagging Wonder Woman.

I actually agree with this. When I first saw the thread, I thought it was ridiculous. Even without Mjolnir Thor still has his weather manip powers no? It would be like Wolverine going up against Hulk with Storm's powers.
But with the no weather manip and no hammer stip, it's a whole different ball game. Like others have said, Wolverine has gone up against C100 bricks and held his own (even beating some I believe).
With NO healing factor and the fact that Wolverine can cut Thor with his claws, I see this fight ending in a bloody mess in favor of Wolverine. Just MHO.

What feats does Wolverine have that puts him above Thor in speed?
A comicbook that states that Wolverine is faster than Thor. He doesn't need anything else. That is enough for me. If the comic said Thor was faster, we wouldnt be having this debate right now because you would accept it.

he can?even with hulk, he hasn't really been able to damage their skeletons in 616, only soft tissue
Yeah he can. Didn't he cut Thor when he thought Thor was Sabertooth (Wolverine was under some sort of confusion spell). Now imagine Wolverine going for Thor's soft spots like his eyes, throat, brain stem (he could possibly paralyze Thor), etc... Thor doesn't have a Hulk-like healing factor to repair that damage.
