Oxygen must not be present in order for amino acids to form.
Oxygen prevents amino acids from forming.
But if there's no oxygen, there can be no ozone layer.
No ozone layer would subject amino acids to ultraviolet radiation which would destroy them.

It's been several minutes and not a response from any of you on this one critical aspect which I believe explodes evolution, and renders it impossible.
