Lol. What's that going to do? That looks as impressive as his King Thor buster and Hulk buster. Well looks impressive, but likely not combat effective.

Is that what Tony's making to fight the Worthy?

Look's like Tony's managed to make a suit that Doom needed a constant supply of Asgardian slaves to power.

Tony's rising fast!

Thats the Nova Buster.

😂 So Stark gets time to prep and experiment with various suits now? Yeah we're about done here.

On a serious note, Iron Man can put up a fight for as long as the suit stays powered.

I dont know dick about Steel.

^^^ 😂 Yeah Steel was completely looked over here lol!

Steel had a pretty good showing against Doomsday.

I don't have access to my personal files - on another computer - so I raided his respect thread. They don't have as much as I do, but enough for you to get the point.

btw can I see some scans of something equivalent?

Hacking scans? Sure:

How about hacking and corrupting Doom's personal computer system. We know jack about the people Nova hacked, but we can all attest to the fact that Doom >>>>> all of them:

Pre-Extremis hacking the entire Kree's Militia Communications Network:

http://i238.photobucket.com/albums/ff191/Galan_photos/im_space4.jpg

He can hack Ultimo - which is Pre-Extremis btw:

Now that he is Post-Extremis he has access to every machine, computer, and energy source in the world:

He's hacked Sentry's brain (Clok)

Remote hack Death's Head guards without his armor

He's hacked entire databases, Washington's computer networks, alien technology, nanobots. Machines are all the same. Big or little; Planet Eaters or Nanobots. And wherever they are - Iron Man is also:

We're getting a bit ahead of ourselves here. How about we start with the basics and then work our way up from there? Let's start with a few hypothetical scenarios that are relatively common amongst super heroes.

These are the most random "common" scenarios I've ever heard of. Repairs, communications, calling on the calvary, and jamming communications? Spiderman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Sentry, and most anyone else would have been screwed in these scenarios. Good thing 'ol shellhead is known for being prepared.

Let's say that you're in the fight of your life and your armor gets torn up pretty badly. You need power, repairs etc badly. Here's what Nova's tech can do;

"My pants are talking to me"

http://i1215.photobucket.com/albums/cc513/dmills31/1311644985152.jpg

Here's an "older" model of armor -like new after a page-

http://i1215.photobucket.com/albums/cc513/dmills31/1311645128722.jpg
http://i1215.photobucket.com/albums/cc513/dmills31/1311645139286.jpg
http://i1215.photobucket.com/albums/cc513/dmills31/1311645151274.jpg

Ok so there's what Nova's suit can do. What's Tony do? Maybe he can fly in a new suit.

Cool story bro. Ironman's armor gets atomized by Scarlet Witch's magic and he re-manifests it

And just in case you were wondering what he did after that:

He then encases Apocalypse in a force-field against his will... With ease:

http://img832.imageshack.us/i/imregen3.jpg/
http://img843.imageshack.us/i/imff1.jpg/
http://img828.imageshack.us/i/imff2.jpg/

During the short time in which Tony had Apoc imprisoned, he was able to scan every single molecule and particle on him:

http://img535.imageshack.us/i/imff3.jpg/

The Bleeding Edge armor = win

Sometimes heroes find themselves teaming up with another hero/heroes in a tense combat situation. Tactical communications are key in such scenarios. Sometimes the action gets so hectic that you may not even have time to verbally disperse info. Here's what's Nova's tech can do;

http://i1215.photobucket.com/albums/cc513/dmills31/1311644834687.jpg
http://i1215.photobucket.com/albums/cc513/dmills31/1311644850570.jpg[quote]

Really? This is what Nova can do that will win him this match over Iron-Man. If this is the case, Superman loses flat out.

Alas, Iron-Man can communicate through Stark Technology - or any machine really now that he is Post Extremis:
http://i160.photobucket.com/albums/t173/EndlessMike9/Iron%20Man/ironmanarmorcommunication1.jpg
http://i160.photobucket.com/albums/t173/EndlessMike9/Iron%20Man/ironmanarmorcommunication.jpg

Hell sometimes heroes find themselves to phucked up to do anything, let alone tell people what's wrong. Good thing Nova's tech gives him a solution

Tony doesn't need no sentimental empathetic link. He just auto pilots his armor:
http://imageshack.us/f/294/tacticalcomputerfj4.jpg/
http://imageshack.us/f/397/imauto1rl2.jpg/

http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/79/imauto1qy5.jpg/
http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/56/imauto2wc6.jpg/

If the hero is REALLY phucked up he may have to call for back up fast. Or worse yet, call on a completely random stranger to help;

http://i1215.photobucket.com/albums/cc513/dmills31/1311646578272.jpg
http://i1215.photobucket.com/albums/cc513/dmills31/1311646600532.jpg

I'm sure that Tony can call Jim Rhodes. Maybe even dial up Pepper.

Pff. If Tony needs a cavalry - he goes with what he trusts. How about his entire armory?

Sometimes a hero may find himself deep into enemy territory. In that case the ability to scramble enemy communications could prove vital. Especially if said enemies are bio organic creatures. Or millions of big ass bugs.

http://i1215.photobucket.com/albums/cc513/dmills31/1311644772714.jpg

If I really have to show scans of Iron Man jamming communications, you don't know the character at all.

However, what you just showed was less jamming/scrambling enemy communications than ordering them to comply to something. In this arc there is a parasite living in Las Vegas that is known as a world eater. Ultimately, the Ablative Armor was used to defend against the parasitical alien life form which infected organisms and altered them to suit its needs. For optimal efficiency, the tiles were "loaded" with specialized nanobots which would turn the alien's biology against itself:

http://i272.photobucket.com/albums/jj172/galan007_pics/im_ablative5.jpg
http://i272.photobucket.com/albums/jj172/galan007_pics/im_ablative6.jpg
http://i272.photobucket.com/albums/jj172/galan007_pics/im_ablative7.jpg

That about covers the basic stuff. I'll await a detailed response, and then we'll move on to some more moderately complicated stuff

Well, since I know it will be mentioned at some point - because all I ever really hear about Nova are his grav powers, I'd like to point out that Iron-man absolutely demolished Graviton. This is especially cool, since Graviton just owned the Avengers like babies. You know Graviton? Guy who held the entire world at bay with his powers, was holding literally every hero on Earth in the air, while shifting continents and re-mapping the entire world in his image?

And Iron-Man is now beyond him:

I've yet to ever be impressed by Nova. Iron-man may be slightly lower in overall power but his sheer versatility, intelligence, and ability to adapt to any situation allows him to constantly beat his "betters". He's KO'd Terrax and Silver Surfer, one-shot the Hulk, stolen Power Cosmic, absorbed Thor's magical lightning, owned Graviton, taken out Count Nefaria, etc. I've yet to see anything presented to make me think Nova might win.

By the way, Ironman victories are much better and impressive.

Lulz. I'm enjoying this warm up. You kinda mixed things up by adding combat feats, but good response nonetheless. I'm working right now so ill address the bulk of your post later.

In the meantime two things.

The only thing Nova and Graviton have in common is grav manip. Outside of that they're two different people with their own strengths and weaknesses. And I can assure you that the shyte Tony pulled on Graviton would promptly get his ass into trouble against Nova. Furthermore aren't those events unrelated? Graviton holding the heroes of earth captive during Thunderbolts happened prior to the scans you just posted IIRC.

As far as you never being impressed with Nova, hell man to each his own. I'm impressed as hell by Iron Man and have said in the past that in terms of showings vs upper tiers I'd give Tony a clear advantage over Rider, while Rider is portrayed as operating on a higher level of power and having a superior powerset.

We'll continue this later.
