The problem with Thor Buster armor, is it absorbed Thor's Odin Force. As soon as he stopped using it, the Thor Buster quickly depowered.
Which came off as a bit plot device-ish, considering Thor gave Stark the Uru to serve as a stand alone power source...

Stark isn't taking Kal El. Every suit he built to fight beings Like Hulk didn't hold up all that well. He may be able built something to drain out the solar energy in Kal El, but I see Superman ending it fast before that would even be a factor. Iron Man just can't stand toe to toe with Superman....
Superman definitely wins the first two.
Three is tricky but can be analyzed with accuracy.
Superman is way faster than Tony and has much greater maneuverability.
This is key. Superman may allow Tony some hits to gauge how powerful he his. But when the chips are down Superman is definitely going to get serious and start using his speed and releasing some of his held back strength. I know nothing of the Excalibur armor but the Hulkbuster and Thorbuster are more durable than his traditional armor but will fail to hold up for long, especially is Supes is using great speed and constantly chipping away at it.
It's just extremely hard to imagine Tony beating Superman for crying out loud.
