Now, apparently I need to add something constructive or Bada gonna get durhuc
I don't think anyone intelligent is arguing that Hulk's feats aren't impressive, or that he's definitely moved up a notch beyond Heralds in how he's portrayed on panel.
The problem is that there's a difference between how he's written in a comic and how people will credit him on the forum without CIS/PIS. It's been said a million times, but it won't hurt to add one more: Hulk is a one-dimensional brick. He's strong, that's it. Sure, he's fought with fast people before, but it's hard to say whether Hulk really has the combat speed to go up against a PIS-less speedster like a Superman.
I'm of the opinion that he does have that combat speed, because I try to argue my points somewhat along the lines of what I believe would appear on panel. I don't think any respectable writer is going to let Hulk get speedblitzed by anyone other than a Flash-like character. I don't need to see 100% unquestionable proof to know that Hulk is as fast (combat-wise) as he needs to be to keep up, because he's always kept up in the past.
I don't know that that made much sense, and I know that speed isn't a variable here in a strength-based thread, but I'm just trying to explain why the Hulk will never get the credit you think he should.
Oh, and as far as dimension-busting goes, you've got to take that crap with a dump truck of salt. Dimensions are inconsistently portrayed in comics. The likes of Superman, Black Bolt, etc. have frequently been shown to tear holes in/repair the fabric of space-time. I see that as pretty much the same as so called dimension-busting.
