to be fair to Hal if he's overriding ring limitations he is an absolute monster by comparison to the guardians when it comes to ring use. (or at least thats the way it feels to me) But then again that could just be rule of cool going into play however he has a tendency to pull out the rule for lulz to an extent that Guy would be jealous of his trolling.

I know. Thats why im confused people putting Hal(with one ring) as more powerful than Henshaw with rings..
If it was Parallax Hal that'd of course be different.
