The moral objection is that a man that does this is taking an innocent life to suit his own ends. Ther can NEVER be ANY excuse for this. And on top of this, forcibly aborted embryos/fetus can cause TREMENDOUS trauma, damage and later complications without serious medical assistance. You expect a man who just thumped a pregnant woman is suddenly going to call an ambulance to help her?

First, you obviously have never seen an abortion, otherwise you would know why such a decision is hard for most women.
Second, The man shares responsability for the mistake, it's not his body that reproduction takes place in, and if he didn't want the child, he shouldn't have boned her in the first place. This is without refute, considering the act of sex is specifically for reproduction, not pleasure or recreation, thats a human fallacy, not a natural one.

Yeah, and you'd better be responsable for your actions in reguards to it then. You can;t expect the law to be lenient to you because "it's Mine!" The law values human life, and doesn;t recognize one owning another.
