Thanos beats him, Thanos is more powerful and versatile in his powers, Thanos has more options than Hulk, Thanos can steal Hulks like force, encase him pure force, absorb his radiation, Transmutation him, or blast into bits, Thanos is just leagues above Hulk, Thor is the only hero besides Warlock to take down Thanos.
