And there are plenty of ways to overcome that type of social awkwardness. I used to have it as well. Just...apply your intellect with the understanding that assuming everybody behaves perfectly rationally is unto itself irrational. So, try to observe how others behave, while realizing that overanalysis is often itself flawed analysis.
