I'd give it to War Hulk too. While he only had what, one or two fights, he really seemed to think of even Juggernaut as nothing more than a nuissance. WWH, despite his words, actually slugged it out with Cain for a moment, looked the worse for it, and then opted for the BFR.
Apocalypse spoke highly of the Celestial tech he grafted onto War and the fact that, IIRC, he was already channelling 2 (?) universes energies, it wouldn't surprise me if he could start channelling the energy straight out of WWH since they are the same being. 😄
Savage Hulk stopped juggernaut in motion sent him flyin.....or he overpowered the cyttorak enchantment depend of your point of view but the picture is pretty clear by Stan-Lee himself,and i don't think is a boost juggernaut is stopped clear-cut.......
War Hulk is the dying bannerless Hulk post onslaught incarnation,this hulk is the living nexus/gateway of 2 worlds (heroes reborn earth+earth 616) and powered by these 2 universes+the celestials technology who boosted the hulk own power without the need of the rage factor.........

I think you got it mixed up. Hulk and Red Shulk collision took place in 634 and the planet was repaired right after this. She Rulk and Hulk was just throwing punches in those scans and everyone around them was disintegrating.
