By potential War Hulk is a absolute Beast,but basically the real all around player is WWH.......
in a fight Green Scar is every bit superior to War Hulk i agree with that,and yes WWH holding back and still stalemeted a freshly re-powered Juggernaut who want to trash him,really impressive......still he need to quickly beat War and take the fight seriously,if not..........

I think you got it mixed up. Hulk and Red Shulk collision took place in 634 and the planet was repaired right after this. She Rulk and Hulk was just throwing punches in those scans and everyone around them was disintegrating.

Unless Strange went back to the planet when he left in 634 we know he didn't that is the damage caused by the collision
What this seems to be is him stopping or slowing down time during the explosion as a last ditch effort to talk to Bruce before he left as shown above.

These two panels are frozen barring Bruce speaking with Strange if you look at the Hulks from what I gather Betty is frozen throwing a punch at Hulk and that what is shown is the next panel with them the art is weird but IMO that is the intent.

This the basic time-line I got for this whole thing
Strange opens the portal to earth is knocked in by cho then Hulk and Betty Collided
After that while falling he stop time during the destruction and sends an astral projection to speak with Bruce before he leaves him there.You can see him continue his fall in the last panel after he lost concentration
Finally we see him on his way to earth I would like to point out if that explosion was not frozen when he was talking to Bruce he would have been killed as we see in the final panel he is not to far away from it.
