Wolverine is good, but he is NOT as fast as Cassandra Cain. Not even close.
She can hang with, and dominate Slade, and even that's a mid tier feat for her, given all the cheese she pulls out.

Not only is Wolverine as fast as Cass, he is faster. Noticeably.
Deathstroke has "trouble" with Cass because he toys with her, she can't read his body language, if he ever decide to throw down with her for real he would win. Not that Cass beating Slade would be impressive even if he was trying, Nightwing and Arsenal have both done it.

Right, he was toying with her. That must be why in their first confrontation, he ended up resorting to whipping out a grenade and pulling the pin to scare her off, after failing to outfight and shoot her.
