Juggernaut was repowered to classic levels during World War Hulk.
I've never embellished evidence or lied about something. Issue numbers or scans are something I always dig for when asked for a reference. This is also extremely rich coming from the guy who tried to pass off Captain Cold for the Flash.

There's context to that fight though, he was KOed by that mental probe that CU unleashed on him :
CU admitted that he had to take Juggernaut by surprise so he couldn't brace himself in anyway or he'd never have stopped his charge. CU admitted he couldn't probe his mind because of Juggernaut's helmet and he had to send the Uni-Power through "the openings in his helmet", whatever that means.

The question is though how was he bleeding and bruised if there was no physical damage? I'm assuming its from the uni power blast things that broke the helmet

I'm guessing he beat his ass down after the probe and then tosses him down to Earth. If he could wreck Juggernaut with one attack then what's the point of probing his mind? Spider-Man also survived a blast from Captain Universe in the arc.
I'm guessing he didn't because after the probe it just shows him hurtling toward earth.

I thought or at least hoped that the flashback wasn't the whole fight. Otherwise Juggernaut comes out looking like utter shit. Which would be surprising as this was written by an old school dude who payed attention to power levels. It also wouldn't make much sense to me, what's the point of probing his mind if a single attack wrecks him?
Like I said, I don't dislike Juggernaut, I just hate the pedestal he's placed on.

It's not like his body was bruised and broken, just his face, where the Uni-Power "entered his helmet through it's openings", is bruised and bleeding. If he really did get his ass kicked, he would have been in a lot worse shape.
