Silent Hill: when Pyramid Head rips off Anna's skin.

13 Ghosts.
The lawyer getting split in half by the glass door and the chick later on in the movie by the same device, glass door crushing her.

Always liked Kevin Spacey‘s death in LA Confidential...very understated and obviously his genius last words were key to the plot.

I'm trying not to state obvious ones from the likes of Final Destination and SAW.
