The 'board-cheap-shot' tactic was pathetic. If Bill would have hit an unsuspecting Surfer from behind with his hammer, we'd have likely seen Bill gain the upperhand as well... But he's not that big of a p*ssy.

Stardust is not Surfer, but still, Bill was grappling him barehanded, being burned and everything.

Thor already tried tried that tactic on Surfer, and it didn't get him far at all, so I doubt it would get Bill the upper hand.

I'm sure if Thor threw Mjolnir at the back of Surfer's head and immediately followed up with a beating, it'd be more than effective. Unfortunately he tossed Mjolnir at the board area as far as I can tell, knocking him over, and then didn't follow up.

Besides, Bill did knock out Surfer in two attacks after getting a surprise hit. There's no hard and fast rule though. When it comes to peers, the effectiveness of tactics like that vary. Some times they can have major fight changing to not doing much.

I like that Bendis decided to play is smart this round. Sin is a lot tougher than I thought. Especially based on how she punked Ms. Marvel who under Bendis is extremely dangerous even to elites with her energy absorption/redirection/amplification bit. The Worthy are the most consistently tough villains specifically created for an event that I've seen in a long time.

Also, Thor would no sell Iron Fist, sorry Mindset.

I can't believe anyone would call using a board intelligently against an opponent who just attacked you as cheap ? You can tell some people have no grasp of a combat situation.

Didn't Thor recently use his hammer recall to kill Worthy Thing from behind? Why is it when Thor does it, it's cool, but if Silver Surfer does it in mid-battle, he's considered a p*ssy. The obvious double standard reveals a strong bias in this forum.

Main point was if you're going to call Surfer a p*ssy and a coward for using that tactic mid-battle, then you have to call everyone who uses that tactic in mid-battle a coward, including your favorite characters.
