Kakashi & Noitra VS Orochimaru and Grimmjow

Kakashi (naruto) and Noitra (bleach)

VS

Orochimaru (naruto) and Grimmjow (bleach)

They all get there full ablities, except Grimmjow and noitra do NOT get to use bankai. Fight takes place in a very large forest. Both teams fight till the other two are dead. The teams have fifteen minutes to make a plan, to get to know the other persons abilites before the fight starts, but have no idea of who the other team is.

Team one. If Nnoitra can temporarily immobilize Grimmjow- even for just a second or two, then Kakashi can use Kamui on him.

Orochimaru gets Grimmjow to explain all his abilities to him, and then uses his Living Corpse Reincarnation tech on Grimmjow during prep-time. He uses Ressurrecion during the match, and pwns the other team.

Kamui doesn't take a long time to use.

Kamui wouldn't stop Orochimaru but it could probably get Grimmjow.

Noitra would then stomp snakey.

So probably Team 1. Though I'll fully admit to bias cause I loathe Grimmjow his inconsistent/stupid character no jutsu. Oh wait, Bleach. So inconsistent/stupid character Ressurecion.

Nnoitra is > Grimmjow. Thats canon.

Orochimaru is > Kakashi. Thats canon.

This comes down to Nnoira vs. Orochimaru. But orochimaru has nothing that can hurt Nnoira. So team one wins low - mid difficulty.

Team one stomps, since Kakashi can use Kamui with expertise now and Orochimaru can summon some snakes. Either way, Kakashi was able to fight on par with pain while Orochimaru got shit-stomped by base Sasuke, sooo... yeah, Kakashi wins against Oro. Plus, Grimmjow is espada 6, and Nnoitora is espada 5, so he wins. Also, Kakashi doesn't need to take his mask off... Oro wouldn't like it anyways, because it's common knowledge that Kaka has a bushy mustache under the mask.

Orochimaru was sick and got jumped.

His abilities include- mile long extendo sword, turning into a gigantic many-headed snake, possessing people...

I mean, I think Kakashi's still the more useful, Kamui is great against tough foes, but don't take Sasuke's ganking him as the limits of his ability.

Whaaaaaaaattt? Orochimaru was the one who attacked Sasuke. His sword only extends for a kilometer, not a mile, and it extends slower than my penis. The snake thing wouldn't do shit, as Kakashi would warp him so far under the ocean that he would instantly be compressed into a soccer ball. He can't "possess" people, unless they fall for his wit, witch Kakashi never would considering he's, as of Shippuden, battle hardened, arguably smarter than or as smart as Orochimaru, has Sharingan to read his moves before he makes them, and Genjutsu with his sharingan that has proven Oro's genjutsu to be a childs plaything several times in the past.

Kaka rapes, especially if he uses Kamui to warp Oro's brain out of his head, since Oro has no defense against that type of thing. Given time though, Oro would probably come up with a counter for Kamui, so Kaka would have to finish it quickly.

Are you talking about the Chunin Exams? When Orochimaru was messing around?

Kakashi does it easily with Kamui, as he's already proven able to do when teleporting the entire Hachibi with little effort before the Jyuubi's bijuu bomb hit it, and Biju bombs move pretty fast. Porting Oro's snake thing would be just as easy, and he would just port it to the bottom of the ocean, where he would die in minutes(unless he thought of a reverse summoning, but even then, Kakashi could still kill him by porting his brain out of his head).

You're describing Kamui wrong. Kakashi can't pick the direction. If he is in the real world he sends it to Kamui world and vice versa. Likewise he can't just port someone's brain out of their skull because he has to be able to see the target. He can port the entire head of course but that is different from what you are suggesting.
