That's very slow- it's a turn to move and a turn to attack without a guaranteed kill, and the pirates will start shooting you up. The primary way to fight these guys is from the vehicles; mano a mano is for stopping boarders. There's no magical way to suddenly win this; you just need to fight away.

Moving on, as you guys are behind- that's two turns now held for Tilulla, though Digi did say he was away and luckily his part of the fight is a tad separate right now.

The rolling goes quite well. Wentar doesn't get a kill but does damage his target, whilst Xeth nails his one! But the leader gets a kill as well...

Fights go on at the boarding action. One grappler has taken too many casualties and the driver bails. But they are better killers than the defending natives.

But the pirates still can't roll well in the general battle! 2-3 actually gives the round to you!

Fighting has begun on the tanker.

4-E has been captured by the pirates, who drive away with it. 4-C seems to have caught fire during the boarding action, which complicates things.

A 2-2 draw as again the pirates roll badly, though with the leader whittling them away also you are still taking losses.

Btw, I DO have stuff that's meant to be going on at this point, but I am hoping to keep Digi in with it all and I need his situation resolved first.

"Hold him off as long as possible," Xeth says. "Once this old buggy's had it, we're jumping right on the leader's speeder and taking the fight to him that way. Maybe if we can get him to surrender, we can turn this all around."

Xeth opens fire on 2-L as best he can.

Hmmm, might be worth it... I'll give the evading a go this turn. Better to tie up the leader for a bit I think.
