Perhaps it's a personal thing... It's like, by revealing and showing too much of the movie leaves little left to imagination and the possibilities of what will happen.

I've been saying for years that they show too much in trailers. Which is why if it's something I know I'm going to want to see (i.e. Prometheus or Riddick, for example) I don't watch trailers. I allow myself posters and that's about it.

I'm okay with trailers its when they show clips from a scene for a upcoming movies

its those that i've staying away from.

And yes. I think that's why I like Super 8 so much. The trailer was so... 'vague'. It didn't reveal much at all, if anything.

I am very interested to see why Thor and Ironman have a go at one another though haha.

Well he can either be showing his arrogance by not giving Thor his full due. Or alluding to the fact that since Thor hasn't gained his full power by ascending to the throne of Asgard, he's not a full god yet.

I mean he likes to tease by putting other people down...poking Banner with the electric prob, making fun of Cap's costume...

im thinkin this movie is gonna be balls. Captain america sucked, iron man 2 was anti climactic with no real threat (basically, it sucks too) Thor is aight, little prolonged and and lack of direction towards the end. Last great Marvel movie was INcredible Hulk. I just want to see heros struggle now, shit, every movie has them as the all end all badassasses that cant be touched. Ok that shit is established, now give us something to fight AGAINST? man, Hope Batman pulls this one off, cuz Avengers prolly just going to be another, okay we all cant get along so lets drag this out for an hour. When shit hits the fan we learn how to play well with each other and really kinda like it. Other than loki snd Iron man there would be no reason for this movie to be made. I know all this shit because im psychic. Yeah, i saw the Avengers, it has some really awesome action scenes, they're up there with Spiderman 2. lol decent popcorn flick but nothing to writte home about, just something to stew over on a forum.

WHAT!! hell no i didn't forget about ghost rider 2. I didn't mention it because it shall not be mentioned in the same sentence or even referenced to those other, "hero" movies. Ghost Rider 2 stands alone on a pedestal of greatness. Hellboy? Dark knight Returns? Watchmen? The Crow? NO Ghost rider 2 lives and breaths in a world of it's own where it neglects to acknowledge anything and basically just does, well...,what ever the Frack it wants to do. GHOST RIDER 2 RULES!
