Its not considered BFR if they do. Magik is allowed to enter Limbo at will. As long as they get back in reasonable time, they're allowed to. Similar to how Pixie was collecting other members of the X-teams from New York etc when Kuurth attacked.
But in reply to your question, Magik can. Or if not, the telepaths send out a message to Wolverine to come and to bring his blade. MAgik then opens portals for him to travel. Or they ring him up....

No they can't do these things. Pr stated they have to actively be attacking the opponent. If Superman goes off to the sun for a sundip, or if Punisher goes home for some guns, then they've left the battlefield.

From what Pr said they can only do this as long as they actively stay in the fight. They cant just go for a vacation at their base deciding what weapon to take with them (Unless of course the OP says With Prep)..
Thats how I understand it anyway. Pr correct me if Im wrong.

I understand them to be that as well. But the rules didn't say anything about new combatants entering the fray.
Example: Hulk attacks Utopia, Cyclops puts his plan into action. Whilst they're fighting, Emma contacts Wolverine (who's at Westchester) and tells him to come on over, and bring the Muramasa party favours. He arrives courtesy of the Magik express. He hasn't left the battlefield, but instead arrives. Lol I'm not gonna assume they suddnely abandon the field then come back two days later tooled up lol

That's his......unique way of debating lol. The thread then got derailed a bit because he was also arguing about the weight of adamantium or something like that. I just stuck along until I had finally convinced the others of the viability of my 'Cyclops plans'.
