Hal has also done well against Lobo on one occasion before. Both Captain Comet and Lobo.

So Guy's performed against Lobo solo better than Hal has with assistance.

And the Warrior fight (Which is ringless Guy, so doesn't really count here) wasn't even really a loss. Guy was holding his own, and even knocked him out of his bar.

Than Lobo bounced back and drank his entire stash. But it's not like he kicked Guys ass.
