Not really.Tutinax got a win over Thor this week. Next Wednesday, Thor could punk Surfer and you'd be arguing that "these days" his above Herald level.
I don't even try and take your opinions seriously anymore.
I never took that stance away. He IS still above Herald level to me but my thoughts on how a fight between him and Glads has changed a bit. I don't give him that large majority i use to give him.

Looking at Thor recent showings, Gladiator kills him.
Also, why would that one fight change how a battle between them would go? Especially since Thor is inevitably going to kick that guys ass by cutting loose or whatever and there was an outside factor such as fear inducing powers.
Whatever, you're not even trying anymore.

I'm not basing it off of one showing. I still give Thor the edge against any Herald but its not as big as it use to be (until Thor come back and stop jobbing).
Originally posted by h1a8Yeah and the bullet that KO'd Thor surpassed the blasts from the celestial's....whats your point? It was a low showing a for Supes. I gave you on panel evidence of Thor surpassing a planet busting attack. You can try and twist it with that absrud logic of yours but it it what is is. Two blunt forces hit celestial battle armor. One had the power to pulverize a planet. It did nothing. Thor's surpassed that force and broke off some of the armor. If you think that the writers intent was based on the area of the attack instead of the force your out of your mind. Its common sense H1.
Not really, otherwise the gas station that koed superman surpassed the power of a nuclear explosion. Plus we have Pressure=Force/Area and Thor struck with an area magnitudes smaller than the Destroyer's fist.

Who wins??
Strength=Thor I'd explain why by using the Midgard Serpent feat.Thor was able to fish away the Midgard Serpent in Thor#327.What people really don't know is how much mass the Earth have.Earth's mass is approximately 6.6 Sextillion Tons and is the most dense planet in the solar system.
Source:Earth's density:http://www.universetoday.com/26771/density-of-the-earth/
Source:Earth's mass:http://www.enotes.com/science/q-and-a/what-mass-earth-288085
This means the Midgard Serpent would need to apply 2,3 or etc times Earth's own mass to destroy the planet Earth in 1 big squeeze. And Thor fishing the Midgard Serpent away from the Earth, is the equivalent of a 250 lbs man fishing away the 8810 lbs pressure applied by an Anaconda in 1 big squeeze away from its prey.

This means Thor possess Planetary Level of Strength.
Striking Power( with Mjolnir )-Thor
Striking Power(without Mjolnir)-I don't know if Thor and Red Norvell's fight is a good indicator of striking power.Asgardians were stated to be 3 times more dense than human flesh.I would assume that Asgard itself is a lot more times dense than the Earth itself judging by its inhabitants.I would slightly give this to Thor.
Blasting Power-Thor(Obviously)
Raw Speed-Gladiator
Combat Speed-Gladiator
Durability-Thor
Damage Soak-Thor
Combat Smarts-Tie or a toss up to Thor
Greats Hyperbolic Statement-Thor
who wins?Thor

That's that.
They are both striking feats, one with Mjolnir and one without. In both cases the narrator has told us on panel how powerful those strikes were.
So thats no hyperbole, thats just a feat plain and simple. Without Mjolnir, we are told Hercules and Thor both were punching with the power to destroy worlds. Although Nothing specific is given in terms of the number of punches it would take.
The second with Mjolnir was just One Strike capable of destroying a small planet, whilst Gladiator took several hits to do the same.
Conclusion: Thor's punches without Mjolnir = Glads punches (approx)
Thor's strikes with Mjolnir > Glads strikes.
Calling hyperbole just because you dnt like the feat is just you trolling..

WTF. The comparison is so different.
Best hyperbolic statement. Can't get any better.
