His fight with Kuurth who lost "half" his backing and was still able to push his shit in. They may be even at first but as we have seen shortly after the battle begins to heat up Hulk can quickly power up and leaving Colossus V2. with two options. Be beaten damn near to death or use his unstopability to try to run Hulk over but, seeing as Juggernaut full power couldn't immediately do it who had far more experience, would let Hulk slow him down enough to prevent being ran over. And possibly even tripping him or something to that degree, quickly reverting to option one. Getting beaten to death while he can't do anything about it.

Thats no excuse. Unless you think hulk lying or something. Hulk going for the kill does not mean he needs to like blow up the planet to show he's not playing around.
