I have a lot of issues saved on my computer. Gladiator, Thor, Wolverine, Wonder Woman, Beta Ray, Superman, Hulk, Sentry, some Thanos...them are basically the main ones that I have...don't care about the rest of the heroes/villians.

Just reread through this thread & saw this. Coming from a bloodlusted Steve this is very possible. Envoking all the Vishanti would do it. I seriously doubt Hulk could withstand multiple blasts of this caliber (if he can even withstand the first).
Sure Hulk could probably reform but Doc can bfr his atoms so he winds up regenerating in another timeline/dimension/or reality. All this can even be done in astral form. Now that I think about it, it's more of a stomp than I thought it was.

He won't be tanking the same kind of blast that laid out Death. The one that blew up a planet only enoked 2 of the Vishanti.

If it were cosmic hulk he could always make a deal with the beyonder or take control of x-man use his powers and absorb him then crush the doctor....
He could also if someone was so inclined to think it all out and make a how the hulk completely destroyed the doctor issue by making a plot where hulk tricks galaxtus, the beyonder, Odin, thanes and x-man to forming a team saying the doctor has made something a -Blah- n is going to destroy the multi verse n has found a way to clock himself so he couldnt be stopped or found and he just needs to absorb a bit of their powers to be strong enough to battle him on a even playing field... Tricking them how doom tricked the beyonder in a nice way and forms a SUPER GALAXTIC AVENGER LEAGUE...
THEN THE PLOT TWIST...
We find out doom has secretly been controlling the hulk from the past or future through time travel and created a machine like galaxuses world absorbing thing lol (forgot it's name nullifyier or whatever the thing the fantastic four tricked him into destroying) n made some mods or twist n instead of absorbing worlds and powers as food it absorbs powers from beyond celestial beings....
Then it all goes hey wire and hulk regains control of his body because the power he aborbs makes him so stronger he cant be controlled and now he has the kinetic energy of the x-man the cosmic power of creation galaxtus has, a small fraction of the beyonders powers to control create n do anything he can think of instantly, but at a fraction of the power like a limit or some crap or one shot deal, the strength of thanes or greater the ability to absorb energy comparable to a universe, and the mental ability to do all things telepathic of the x-man n the beyonder.....
Poof he breaks free of dooms time hidden super villain whatever uses the beyonders power or x mans power to travel time pops up I front of the doctor and says hulk smash and ac dc back in black starts playing while every time he powers his thing up to fire it at hulk he absorbs it directs it or simple makes it not exist and then unexist the doc or banishes him to the beyond where only the beyonder can survive because it is between creation n the place of it, or so the comics hint and make it seem but only he and his kind can survive there in fact on the the ability to send something to there would be needed. Not even his other powers of creation to date only the beyonder n the twins who merged marvel n dc to do the verses serious have the power of creating and u creating life... And in theory since doctor doom already tricked the beyonder and took his powers it can be done twice n even easier by the same person as he need only refine the method as he knows what not to do wrong the second time...
The factor that would throw the wrench on the gears is hulk becoming so powerful from the planetary power absorbing machine Thingy I just remade of galaxtus that he could not keep his control over the hulk...

As is I don't think so without finding something like thanos gauntlet to power up or stealing the powers or help of something to nullify the blast n some of the docs powers he couldn't withstand... Like being disbanded on a molecular level before his cells reformed x mans psy shield could do it or beyonders control of all even if he just got complete control of his body from help of the cosmic cube or whatever....
