So are Vandal Savage and Deathstroke, just saying....

Sure, but if Void can face a team like he done in Siege or New Avengers and the feats he displays in them elevate him to a certain level of power it can't be disregarded.
Apparently Void being able to face a team of heroes and show no damage and defeat them means nothing. But I think it does.
It's not to say Thanos can't as that would be idiotic of me. We have occasions like Infinity #6 where he showed his power.
We've seen him fight PG Thor and act like he was more than a insignificance. Thanos has some beastly feats.
But I wouldn't go the fact he defeated a team of heroes in Infinity #6 means nothing. Because clearly if he can do that it has a lot of bearing on his power level. Which in turn increases his chances in a fight against someone else compared to if he was Hercules who struggles against Thor when instead Thanos faces a team including Thor and wipes the floor with them.
My analogy with Moondragon on the other page wasn't something I meant. It was showing how I could turn the tables the other way.

everybody knows the teams void has faced. Thor, Stange, Reed, Hulk and many others were on them...
Then specify the teams he fought/which incident.
Fighting a team in itself isn't impressive.
Not like he won those fights anyways 🙂
Not like shadow tendrils would work on Thanos anyways 🙂
Not like Thanos didn't temporarily beat PG Thor, who SHIT on more powerful teams than Void/Sentry 🙂
Originally posted by krisblazeabc logic doesn't work when characters don't fight anywhere near full capacity. Pg Thor wasn't shown to be more than twice his normal strength. So Thanos putting him a block where he couldn't get out, where Odin could, shows how weak he was. It didn't appear that Odin was that more powerful than Thanos, while it did appear that Thor was slightly powerful than Thanos in their fight.

With that said, judging who wins fights solely on abc logic or even who is more powerful is asinine. It's not that simple. We must also look at the power set along with the fighting style. Void cannot be destroyed using physical force, he reforms. Void can control molecules even stronger than MM can (MM easily pulled Sentry apart making him at least skyfather level). He simply atomizes Thanos ftw.

But more so than the ABC logic it's the similar context of these fights.
It was an example of Thanos beating a 'team wrecker' in the same story where Thor beat those two/three teams.
Thanos has feats where he's beaten more powerful teams in his own right.
Having his body destroyed counts as a win. Thanos can certainly produce more powerful energies than the sun, so he'll have no problem tearing Sentry/Void apart.
Thanos is simply better in every category here. He's tanked more damage, he's fought more powerful opponents, he's dealt more damage and he's waaaaay more intelligent.
