in general, yes, but not as a detective. i dont see doom seeing past the holgrams or enduring the toxins. remember, dedalus was taking down supers in his prime. beings smarter and more formidable than batgod.

sorry, no outside aid or powers. batman had some form of aid, but it eventually failed, iirc. in terms of wits, doom might be able to, but im not convinced he can do it for a majority.

Doom's armor is as standard equipment to him as is Batman's utility belt. I'm obviously not counting Doom's sorcery.

In terms of wits, Doom is superior to Bruce pretty handily.

Even without the armor I'm pretty sure Doom would do better against toxins.

Batman's only edge is really in detective work. If Doom ever devoted himself to that field, he'd one up Bruce once more.
