Doom also withstands the Purple Man's mind-powers in Emperor Doom. Purple Man, before Zemo upgraded his powers, was even able to influence Nate Grey's mind. Captain America couldn't even escape Purple Man's power, but Doom did:

His feats, of course.Doom mentally operates on a level safely above Batman. Not much room, if any, left open for debate, actually.

Lol? I'm not being smug or sanctimonious at all. It's just the reality of the situation. Batman's a good, if not great, jack-of-all-trades. He's the World's Greatest Detective.
But intellectually, he falls several steps behind Doom. You can disagree, if you like, but feats and comics ultimately support my stance.

jake is right. the only beings in the dcu that could go toe to toe with doom or reed in intellect is alexander luthor or brainiac 5. bruce is not one of them. right, jake?
Pretty much.
Some of DC's Earth's resident scientists could make things interesting, but Doom (and that blasted Richards) are a step above them, imho.
Bruce is definitely not on the same level.

the only 2 super geniuses that stand a chance are the chief (who was responsible breaking the 4th wall, bringing elasti girl from the dead, etc...) and TO Morrow. who descovered tesseract tech when he was 12 and built time machines.
