He should have everything. We can only go by his feats and appearances, and there's absolutely nothing to back up what Dum Dum's trying to sell.

No proof his gimmicks aren't always fully loaded, and no reason to question it. This isn't a one time Batman gimmick, this is what Prometheus has proven to be capable of in his stories, like Batmans utility belt is in his.

While it's true Batman only beat Prometheus by uploading Stephan Hawking into the helmet, before hacking the helmet he was dominating him in h2h, and Prometheus cheated first by shooting him with something strong enough to rip through most of his chest armor.

So you can beat him with pure skill, if you're a high level Martial Artist.

Doubly granted, Lady Shiva got punked by that substitute Prometheus... PIS?

Or how about you can't beat Prometheus if you're a high level martial artist, since he already has the skillset of all the high-level martial artists and his second-rate wannabe already beat one of the highest rated martial artists, Shiva, in record time?

Batman having the edge against him doesn't suddenly erase all of what Prometheus is, and what he has done - it just means that Batman is just that damn good under Morrison.

I know this is not the way DC characters are debated in general (ie. Superman beating Darkseid being something that is the original "Superman is not that powerful, Darkseid is just weak"😉, but that's just the way it is.
