To add to my previous post, Thor has multiple feats showing that he has superior speed over Hulk. Without CIS, Thor would be going all out using all of his skill and speed and strength and other ridiculous powers to put down Hulk for good (yes, he can control the weather, lighting, and do an Oni directional Godblast without his hammer).
Thor would be dancing around Hulk beating him to a bloody pulp.

^ This is ignorance at its very best. Thor wouldn't even be able to Hurt the Hulk physically, and would be hurt by the Hulk without his hammer. Don't be ridiculous. 3 class 100's were smacking the shyt out of him, and it didn't even register. Before saying things like this, perhaps you should go and read HOTM.

Is Thor limited to hand to hand? If no, this is very much a fight. Assuming we take into account Thor's ability to manipulate the weather, and project energy like his Godly Essence.
Pure hand to hand though, Hulk should wreck tbh. I hope Thor runs into the Hulk on an inhabited planet at some point in the next event, cause he'll put up more a fight than any Hulk fan will admit. Basically fap material for me.

Thor cis is more dangerous, the hammer controls the flow of power that Thor unleashes, without the hammer Hulk is getting the full brunt of Thor's power even the Godblast which has used without his hammer can end the fight at anytime, this is by no means a easy win for at all, it more of Thor's favor actually.
