Being immune to death doesn't mean you are immune to being stabbed. You don't even understand simple sentences and the meaning of words.

Wasn't the cc depleted that hit Thanos? What also doesn't make sense is him withstanding the cc but being dissolved by an antimatter blast.

But Thanos felt that Mar-vell had the power to kill him.

Thanos set him up via the ritual which was required for Thanos to destroy the entire universe. That's why he feigned submission.
