I agree that Naruto owns both Pain and Itachi, but what about tobi? I think the Akutski team has too many heavy hitters for Naruto and Sasuke to deal with, because after Naruto and Sasuke (and maybe Shikamaru), Konoha is outmatched. Naruto would have to deal with Tobi, Sasuke would have to deal with Pain or Itachi. After that Pain or Itachi would pretty much own the others.

Tobi is just sharingan Tobi. He is no threat to current Naruto.

The ones that didn't appear are dead and the ones that are still in the fight are low in chakra and tired.

Sasuke and Naruto win it for them then. Being low on chakra for them is the equivalent of having a splinter.

Lack of Sakura will make dealing with Sasori trickier, extra caution'll be needed without her around.

Though of course it's quite doable with Naruto's power.

She probably still has the antidotes on her while laying dead.

How did Kakuzu outlast Kisame? I suppose Naruto focused on him since he was one of the bigger threats.

^ Zetsu clone is the obvious answer.

With this list, Konoha wins. Naruto and Sasuke will own. Naruto with his rasengan clones should be able to handle the puppets, plus take out Pain. Sasuke can deal with Itachi long enough for Naruto to help out. The others could kill Sasori leaving only Tobi. Pretty sure the whole team can handle him.

Multiple hearts? Stone skin? Kakuzu is pretty tough to take down. Even the rasenshuriken didn't quite finish the job, and he didn't have stoneheart at that point.
